Yesterday had guests at home so did some changes to the decor,

sharing with you all the pics

 kept this square pot which I had got from India

planted a money plant and told my son

 that its his responsibility to take care of the plant.

in the living room add burst of colour

Ganesha got place

near the Ganesha corner

some random items kept in a corner 

in our bedroom to add some zing
and with some aroma therapy
decor was complete

book review - the saffron gate

When I started reading The Saffron gate

by Linda Holeman I didn't had any idea that I would be glued to the book till the last page it ,and that's what happened .I was so intrigued by the culture and life of the city of Marrakech   and by the character of Sidonie O Shea ,how she finds  the doctor who had left her in Newyork,and what's the secret which he is hiding from her.
.the book is captivating and mesmerised me with the vivid description of the beautiful city with rich detail about everything be it food,clothes ,architecture  and the lifetsyle.

Hello folks,hope you all are doing good ;-),today after a long time I dressed up my home ,whenever I do this I feel good,it acts like therapy for me ,be it adding some fresh flowers in a vase or adding some colours here and there ,sharing with you all pics of living room where I spend most of my time

Last weekend I was captivated by the beauty of this serene place

Last weekend i was mesmerised by varied hues of lotus

and the lush of greenery and the tranquility

and by the stillness of time

and ample me time

as Last weekend we were away on a retreat

where I read,

and just sit back

and relaxed for some time
