DIY on how to Jazz up plain photo frames

material needed
felt any colour
photo frame
picture
scissor
how i did
on a square piece of felt cut out ovel shape in the cente
place in the frame,no need to stick
place the photo
with the scrape material cut out flower shape
stick on the frame.
Have kept this frame with my son pic in my kitchen
this frame is the focal point of the feel good space,..;-)
